Made from honest cow's milk of the White Carpathians, with a specific technology of steaming curds, without the addition of chemical additives and stabilizers. It has a cylinder shape and a smooth surface, with a distinctive shape like Edam cheese.
It is smoked on a beech wood chip, giving it a characteristic yellow-brown surface color and a delicious smoked smell and taste. It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold and warm cuisine, for frying. It can be served as a dessert and also as a separate delicacy to beer and wine.
