Made from honest sheep's milk of the White Carpathians, with a specific technology of steaming curds, without the addition of chemical additives and stabilizers. It has a round shape and smooth surface, pure white color, a delicate spicy aroma and the amazing taste of soft, slightly sweet sheep's milk.
It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold and warm cuisine. It can be served as a dessert and also as a separate delicacy to beer and wine.
