Steamed, semi-soft, unripened, semi-skimmed cheese.

Made from honest cow's milk of the White Carpathians, with a specific technology of steaming curds, without the addition of chemical additives and stabilizers. They are juicy with a distinct milky smell and an amazing fresh taste. Unsmoked cheese sticks by their shape and quality are a healthy alternative for children.

It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold and warm cuisine, for decorating other dishes. It can be served as a dessert and also as a separate delicacy to beer and wine.
