Steamed, semi-hard, unripened, semi-skimmed cheese.

Made from honest cow's milk of the White Carpathians, with a specific technology of steaming curds, without the addition of chemical additives and stabilizers. It has a specific oval shape and a characteristic surface pattern. White color, a delicious milky smell and a pure taste.

It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold and warm cuisine, for roasting, grilling, frying. It can be served as a dessert and also as a separate delicacy to beer and wine.
