Made from honest cow's milk of the White Carpathians, with a specific technology of steaming curds, without the addition of chemical additives and stabilizers. It has a traditional, specific shape of coiled ribbon. It is smoked on a beech wood chip, giving it a characteristic yellow-brown surface color and a delicious smoked smell and taste. This traditional Slovak speciality is attractive for its size - with a diameter of approx. 3 cm is culinary playful and tempting for taste buds.
It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold and warm cuisine, for decorating other dishes. It can be served as a dessert and also as a separate delicacy to beer and wine.
