Steamed, semi-soft, unripened, semi-skimmed cheese.

Made from honest cow's milk of the White Carpathians, with a specific technology of steaming curds, without the addition of chemical additives and stabilizers. It has a traditional, specific shape of curled ribbon. It has a white color, a delicious milky smell and a pure taste.

Farmer's parenica SUPERMAXI is suitable for preparing cheese cakes and other culinary delicacies and desserts.
