Farmer's parenica smoked SUPERMAXI

Steamed, semi-soft, unripened, semi-skimmed, smoked cheese.

Made from honest cow's milk of the White Carpathians, with a specific technology of steaming curds, without the addition of chemical additives and stabilizers. It has a traditional, specific shape of curled ribbon. It is smoked on a beech wood chip, giving it a characteristic yellow-brown surface color and a delicious smoked smell and taste.

Farmer's parenica SUPERMAXI is suitable for preparing cheese cakes and other culinary delicacies and desserts.
