Made from honest cow's milk of the White Carpathians, with a specific technology of steaming curds, without the addition of chemical additives and stabilizers. Cheese threads are a combination of handmade production and quality. They are made by hand pulling hot cheese dough. Threads are smoked on a beech wood chip, giving them a characteristic yellow-brown surface color and a delicious smoked smell and taste.
It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold and warm cuisine, for decorating other dishes. It can be served as a dessert and also as a separate delicacy to beer and wine.
