Cow Kashkaval cheese smoked

Steamed, semi-hard, ripened, semi-skimmed, smoked cheese.

Made from honest cow's milk of the White Carpathians, with a specific technology of steaming curds, without the addition of chemical additives and stabilizers. It has a round shape and smooth surface, a firm consistency and a distinctive taste. It is smoked on a beech wood chip, giving it a characteristic yellow-brown surface color and a delicious smoked smell and taste.

It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold and warm cuisine, for frying. It can be served  as a dessert and also as a separate delicacy to beer and wine.
