Made from honest cow's milk of the White Carpathians, with a specific technology of steaming curds, without the addition of chemical additives and stabilizers. It has a round shape and a smooth surface, with a texture similar to Edam cheese, but stronger in taste. It has a pure white color, delicate spicy aroma and a distinctive pure taste.
It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold and warm cuisine, for frying. It can be served as a dessert and also as a separate delicacy to beer and wine.
