Spaghetti with Vršatec cheese

Ingredients

• 200 g spaghetti
• cheese Agrofarma Vršatec - hard, ripened
• 250 g whipping cream
• Himalayan salt
• black pepper
• dried tomatoes
• fresh basil for decoration

Preparation

1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions.
2. Meanwhile, put the whipped cream in the pan. Put the grated Vršatec into the warm cream.
3. When the cheese melts in the cream, add salt and black pepper. Add the spaghetti, which will drink the creamy cheese sauce. Served spaghetti with grated Vršatec and dried tomatoes. Garnish with fresh basil.
