PreparationPrepare a sourdough. Dissolve half cubes of yeast in a little milk with a teaspoon of sugar. Let stand for 10 minutes.Add flour, half a small teaspoon of salt, butter, lukewarm milk, 1 egg, 1 egg yolk.Stir in a smooth dough (the dough will be thin) and leave to rise covered for about 45 minutes.Pour the dough onto a baking sheet that we previously greased.Mix bryndza with sour cream. Sprinkle the dough with mixed bryndza cheese and dill.Bake at 180 °, 30 - 45 minutes.
