Portioned, extra-hard, ripened, semi-skimmed, natural Parmesan cheese, made with raw milk.

It has a distinctive aroma, dense and juicy taste with a salty touch remaining in the mouth for a long time.  It has a straw-yellow color, a granular and brittle structure that hardens by ripening. The cheese structure is rich in casein crystals. Long period of ripening makes the cheese easily digestible.

It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold and warm cuisine.  Parmesan cheese is an excellent and inimitable ingredient for risotto, omelettes, pudding, pasta, stuffings, rolls, as an ingredient in soups, sauces, potato, vegetable, meat and pasta dishes.It can be served  as a dessert and also as a separate delicacy to beer and wine. It tastes excellent with cherry tomatoes, vegetables, lettuce, arugula, grapes, nuts, citrus fruit, green and black olives.
