Carpathian mature cheese loaf

Ripened, full-fat, hard cheese, made from honest cow's milk of the White Carpathians.

It has a distinctive aroma, dense and juicy taste, straw-yellow color, firm consistency.

It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold and warm cuisine. It is an excellent ingredient for salads, omelettes, souffles, pasta, stuffings, rolls as an ingredient for soups, sauces, potato, vegetable, meat and pasta dishes.

It can be served  as a dessert and also as a separate delicacy to beer and wine. It tastes great with honey, but also with cherry tomatoes, vegetables, lettuce, arugula, grapes, nuts, citrus fruit, green and black olives.

INGREDIENTS

pasteurized milk, edible salt, rennet, dairy culture, preservatives (crust): calcium sorbate, natamycin. Total dry matter min. 60%. Fat in dry matter min. 45%, edible salt max. 2,5%.
