Sheep lump

Fresh, semi-soft, full-fat sheep cheese.

It is made from honest sheep's milk. Fresh cheese has more moisture, mostly less fat and salt, but also a lower energy value than hard or otherwise processed cheese. Due to its moisture and freshness, it has a short expiry date. It is slightly sweet and has a great taste of sheep's milk.

It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold cuisine. It can be served also as a separate cheese delicacy.
