Made from fresh whole cow's milk. It is characterized by a milky taste, which at the end turns slightly spicy. It has a compact texture with a beautiful white color.
It is served with finely roasted vegetables on olive oil and white wine. It can be flavored with herbs such as chives, dill, parsley, thyme. A white baguette and a Sauvignon blanc or Nutmeg are also suitable. For those who like to experiment, they can try to sprinkle sliced cheese with pistachios or cashews and chopped dried apricots or cranberries.
