Farmár - fresh milk cheese

Very fresh crust-free cheese with an exceptionally delicate taste and pearly white color, made from full-fat cow's milk. By maturing it acquires a specific, slightly spicy taste and aroma that becomes almost addictive, at which time one piece is never enough.

Our "Farmár" (Farmer) is a very suitable and healthy alternative for children instead of processed cheese because it is spreadable and without unnecessary melting salts.

The cheese is delicious sliced or spread on bread with sprinkled herbs and drops of olive oil. It can be prepared as a filling for various breads, e.g. stuffed Italian focaccia or instead of mozzarella for pizza and risotto.
